Job Description – Process Associate

Location: Permanent WFH/ Remote/ Chennai/ Mumbai/ Vadodara

Experience:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring daily data availability in application
  • Daily coordination with the onsite team member for getting the resolutions on time and updating data on time
  • Coordination & follow-ups with the retailers for integrating them in our application
  • Escalation for timely resolution of any technical issue(s)
  • 100% Collection of Bill Wise Report from retailer tills through onsite/retailer HO/Mall
  • Missing Data Analysis every day
  • Performing random data audit for brands
  • Monthly Data Audit for all brands
  • WovVRA vs. Bill-wise report generated from the respective Tenants / Concessionaires tills for:
  • Check for variances on Gross & Net Sales
  • Check for Receipt number sequence
  • Seek clarification with the Tenants / Concessionaires for data captured but not reflecting in the bill-wise report
  • Confirmation from the Tenants / Concessionaires on ‘No Sales’
  • Providing timely support and troubleshooting to the Malls/retailers/Project team
  • Identify and provide inputs on unique (or) recurring project problems
  • Update and maintain knowledge base of all tickets and issues
  • Training team on ADSR process, applications & tools
  • Handle First Level Escalations
  • Develop, support, facilitate and implement a number of projects of moderate size, diversity and complexity.
  • Identify and monitor project risks through proactive approach to projects
  • Daily new live brands (PRE LIVE) huddle call to be conducted with mall team
  • Conduct weekly project huddle call with Project Manager

Knowledge and skills:

  • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to Analyze, Research and solve Technical and project related problems.
