What you’ll be doing

Your primary goal would be to hustle for how humitthe brand, communicates its value proposition to our early adopter community. To do it right, you’ll be required to:

Collaborate with business and marketing to understand the objectives, strategize and build the community on Discord.

Own a project/ initiatives calendar in coordination with all stakeholders.

Manage day-to-day interactions & virtual events for community members catering to multiple time zones.

Enabling Community as a means of GTM and desirability testing for launching future verticals.

Monitor, track, and report on feedback and insights to help improve product and service.

What is your Growth Potential?

1) High growth individuals can move to a Growth Manager role after 6 months and also take ownership of directly executing influencers and artist campaigns 2) You can grow laterally into marketing functions too – Digital Marketing, Community Management or owning the Demand Generation function
