What you might be doing on a typical day:

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries concerns over a chat
  • Engage, and consult with customers to provide recommendations for product and services
  • Close sales
  • Maintain and support customer cases and inquiries through satisfactory completion
  • Wow customers with your ability to answer their questions and solve their problems with professionalism
  • Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back
