Hiring for a Non Voice back end process executives for insurance domain

Job Location: Pune Shivajinagar (once office opens, its mandatory to work from office then)
Job Type: Contractual basis (contract will be extended based on client’s requirement and depends upon your performance)

Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can also apply for position with good written & verbal communication preferred)

Requirements:-

  • Candidate must be graduate & must have min 1 year of experience in KPO/BPO (Insurance preferable) .
  • Min typing speed to be 30 wpm.
  • Resource should have Basic Insurance Knowledge.
  • Good verbal and written communication (should be confident).
  • Should be flexible to work in shifts.
  • Good knowledge about MS office.

In case of late shift then only drop will be there ,no pick up .This is applicable only if you are working in shift & working from office.

  • Creating digital documents from paper or dictation.

  • Capturing data into digital databases and performing regular backups.
